A man of East German ancestry, Lothar Seebach was born to modest Rigan craftsmen who realized his keen intelligence at a young age. After receiving an education at the University of Saint Petersburg, Seebach taught economics before moving to the Americas, interested in their electoral form of governance. Once there, he received an invitation to Central America in 1843, where he put his talents to use in seizing control of the Liberal Party. Now serving as Central America's 4th unique president, he seeks to transform the country into a modern and renowned state.
