Cornelis van Riebeeck

Cornelis van Riebeeck born in 27.9.1802 in Rotterdam. Thanks to his father connections got acces to Dutch East Indies offices. Right now he stays as opposition to current admninistration of colony and pointing on reforms especially in education sphere as important step in order to survive changing world. He worked together with ruler of colony to write Reforming East Indies Plan(his part was structures).
