Pauwel van Tets

Pauwel Van Tets was born in 22.3.1798 in Amsterdam as part of being part of Van Tets nobility and connection he was apointed in 1835 as Chancellor of Dutch East Indies colony. He is traditionalist who opose reforms in colony and believe that Reforming East Indies Plan is not needed beside in sphere of education and military in colony not because he believe that growing colony is important to Dutch but because he needs to speak to uneducated people and that annoys him.
