Hyōe Kawakami

A fervant anti-Russian spaeker, Hyoe Kawakami eagerly enflames anti-Russian sentiment in Japan. They are heathens, foreigners and just as bad as the hated Portugese. No threat from the barbarian west is greater according to Hyoe Kawakmi and anyone who seeks to defend Japan must first recognized that the greatest danger lies to the North.
