Ernst Rugge

Ernst Rugge sended to Dutch East Indies colony in year 1853 as new governor - general. His job was to expand in sectors of mining and light industries like paper provider for Dutch. After fast growing colony in economy he discover potential of colony but old laws currently unable to use that potential. The biggest change that he made was establishing the first election in colony for land owners to vote.
