Yupian Huang

A man whose main concern is the rise of sectarian beliefs aimed against the Qing Empire. Scholar first, and a great believer of Confucian values and the proper observance of rites. He rose to Minister of Rites thanks to his outstanding work, and then named part of the Grand Council in 1834 to aid the Huangdi.
