Jean Chrétien Baud

Jean Chrétien Baud born in 20.10.1788 was appointed by Amsterdam admninistration as Governor - general of Dutch East Indies colony in year 1833. He spend most of his time as simple management of colony but in last month he order creation of report of reform that colony realy needs. Report was named Reforming East Indies Plan. He don't do much as governor - general but he wants to remembered as colony reformer. He already send his request to Great King of Netherlands to audience in Amsterdam to present his plan.
