Ieyoshi Tokugawa

The second son of Tokugawa Ienari, Ieyoshi has a clear vision of a society where frugality and temperance rule over selfish desires. Seeking to follow the example of the Buddha, Ieyoshi has a calm and focused persona. This has not always led him to popularity, however, due to what some view as his arrogance in demanding perfection from not only himself, but his subjects too. If given the chance to rule, it remains to be seen whether he strikes the right or the wrong chord with the populace at the time of his ascension.
