Seishisai Aizawa

An Anti-Western reformer, Seishisai Aizawa seeks to preserve relations with Asian peoples and learn more of the infiltration of Christianity within Asia. He believes the Western faith is used as a strategy to undermine Japan from within and is eagerly searching for evidence for his claim.

He is rumored to have known a merchant name Yan Nie and that they are on good terms, for he has written extensive journalism on his disappearance in Guangdong and started a campaign featuring prominent intellectual and mercantile figure to free this resident of Nagasaki.
