Rogiér Guonoz

A man who got into office on campaigns of preserving the concert of Europe, expanding trade and increasing investments abroad. Not well liked by his board of ministers, not for his views or his ideals or his morals, but because he insisted on personally rearranging the ministerial seating plan every morning according to the current balance of power in Europe. 

Supposedly knows the man that goes by the name Ôgusto Bal and has met him in person, though no-one believes him.
