Luuk van Ilpendam

Luuk van Ilpendam borned in Netherlands but growths up in colony when his family moved to Batavia. He was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Dutch East Indies in year 1865. He was important person for reforming colony as one of the people to push changing Extraction Economy as main economy system. Even with his low loyalty do Duch and more to Javian he was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs thanks to his diplomatic skills and good intuition in reforms.
