Braulio Carrillo

Braulio Evaristo Carrillo Colina is a man from a wealthy Costa Rican family with serious ambitions. Though nominally a member of the Liberal Party, the shrewd and calculating Carrillo believes himself above factionalism, desiring only to maneuver into an advantageous position. Carrillo continues to serve as a high judge and member of Congress, biding his time for the federal collapse he believes is surely coming.
