«The following has been translated from Arabic»

In recognition of its reputation as barbarous, and the excesses with which sellers often take with it, the importation of slaves into the Viceroyalty of Egypt is hereby to be banned. Those caught attempting to purchase imported slaves despite the ban shall be sentenced to one month of hard labor, per person imported. Those attempting to import slaves shall be sentenced to three months confinement with two months of hard labor, per person imported.

This decree shall not be construed to affect those lawfully sentenced by the court or the viceroyalty, or those who are currently lawfully owned. Newly conquered territory and lands shall have their status handled by the military officers empowered to serve as military governors in the temporary occupation of their territory.

By my hand, and the will of God, I sign this order for the Viceroyalty of Egypt:

Khedive of Egypt, Wāli Muhammad Ali al-'Alawi

The Khalsa Raj formally denounces the Persian reestablisment of the illegitimate entity of Kabul as a breach of Sikh-Persian previous deals and relations and retires his ambassador from Persia.

The Khalsa Raj's Rajah Kapur Nalwa considers unacceptable the creation of a Pashtun entity named Kabul, criticizes Persian leniency towards Pashtuns and repudiates the breach of previous Sikh-Persian deals, warning them that this will only lead to a worsening Sikh's relation with Persia.
