«The following has been translated from Arabic»

For Millenia, Egypt has existed as the jewel of the world, the coveted gem backing kingdoms and empires since the unity of Lower and Upper Egypt. Rome took it from the Macedonians and conquered a large Empire, which was sustained until the conquest of Egypt by followers of Allah, introducing the rich culture and language of Arabia to the gem situated along the Nile. The Islamic Golden Age would follow, defining the system of mathematics and numbers for not merely the Arabian culture, but the entire world over.

Why then, are we considered a backwards culture now? We are a unity of two of the richest and the most influential regions in world history. And yet our rate of literacy is non-existent, allowing none to appreciate the finest arts our world has to offer. We are called a vassal of "the sick man of Europe," looked down upon as nothing in the eyes of anyone else. We, who were once the forefront of the world, are now merely a footnote in it.

The answer is simple: for centuries, we have been tied to an outdated and now decadent system in the caliphate. They have sold a lie that they are the sole legitimate leader of the followers of God, that they alone can prevent us from defiling the world and inadvertently joining ad-Dajjal in the End Times. And in doing so, they have prevented a second Islamic Golden Age, prevented the holy followers of God from creating new works, from exploring and understanding the world He created. Meanwhile they remain in Constantinople, trying and failing to maintain their aging empire.

Our Wāli, in the decades he has been here, has reformed our military to resist outside invasion, to prevent another encroachment of a Frenchman or another European Infidel. He has nearly conquered the decadence in Constantinople, only stopped by an overwhelming coalition. He has revitalized and reformed universities in Alexandria, Cairo, and Jerusalem to bring about another Golden Age. And meanwhile the so-called Caliph remains in Constantinople, claiming dominion over us.

Is he truly the one to lead us? We do not need a Caliph anymore, we are capable of leading our people to a new Golden Age again. A Caliph holds us back from our destiny, our purpose! We only need our Wāli to lead us, with no other justification needed as he himself has proven himself a devoted follower of Allah, and a true champion of Islam! And our people will never prosper while we claim to be led by anyone else!
