Once Tsar Aleksandr took the throne, he had planned to reform Russia. Tsar Nikolas I had freed the Serfs due to the Radicals, but that was not enough to bring Russia unto the modern era. Tsar Aleksandr had pushed for the Great Reforms and with great success. Russia will strive for higher heights!
The death of Tsar Nikolas left the Winter Palace speechless. Tsar Aleksandr had been crowned and he set out to reform Russia into a true modern European State. A new Economic model, new trade laws, removing noble based bureaucrats, and tax laws. The Imperial Army is soon to be reformed as well.
