Once Tsar Aleksandr took the throne, he had planned to reform Russia. Tsar Nikolas I had freed the Serfs due to the Radicals, but that was not enough to bring Russia unto the modern era. Tsar Aleksandr had pushed for the Great Reforms and with great success. Russia will strive for higher heights!
Tsar Nikolas' final moments and regrets are shown to his son. While the Tsar was often angry and hated change, he was a man of duty and honor. Regardless time moves on and Russia begins to change.
After the failure of the Bukharan War, Tsar Nikolas goes into a rage. Objects are thrown and plans for a new "retirement home" are made as the Tsar demands to reorganize the Army. However, news reaches the Tsar that radical revolts are spring up across Europe.
